    When you subscribe to a paid tier, we collect payment information through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

    When you contact us for support or feedback, we collect your name, email, and the content of your message.

    4.1 Understanding Public Visibility

    PressurePoint.ai is a public accountability platform. The core function of our service is making consumer complaints visible to the public and to relevant stakeholders. This means:

    • Campaign content is publicly searchable on our Platform and may be indexed by search engines
    • Tweets are published publicly on X (Twitter) under your connected account or our official account
    • Campaign metrics (upvotes, shares, comments) are publicly visible
    • Resolution outcomes are publicly celebrated on our Wall of Fame

    4.2 What Remains Private

    • Your email address and account password
    • Your payment information
    • Your private communications with our support team
    • Draft campaigns that you have not published
    • Your account settings and preferences

    4.3 Controlling Your Public Information

    You can:

    • Use a pseudonym instead of your real name
    • Choose which supporting documents to make public vs. submit privately
    • Delete your campaign (subject to our data retention policy)
    • Request removal of specific content for safety reasons

    5. Data Retention

    5.1 Active Accounts

    We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

    5.2 Campaign Data

    • Active Campaigns: Retained while the campaign is running.
    • Resolved Campaigns: Retained indefinitely on our Wall of Fame unless you request deletion.
    • Cancelled Campaigns: Retained for 90 days, then anonymized or deleted.

    5.3 Account Deletion

    When you delete your account:

    • Your profile information is deleted within 30 days
    • Your campaign data is anonymized (username removed) but the campaign content may remain visible
    • Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes
    • Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days

    5.4 Legal Requirements

    We may retain certain information longer if required by law or to protect our legal interests.

    6. Your Privacy Rights

    6.1 All Users

    Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
